The Membership Process
Here is a brief overview of our membership process:
- Class: Attend the D2|Established in Church Class. This is open to those who have completed D1|Established in Christ. Prior to the class, you will read the ‘Preparing for D2’ booklet and then attend to the D2 class. Our membership book and D2 class are designed to give you clear understanding of what our church family is all about – for the purpose of empowering you to participate effectively. It highlights things like our mission, our priorities, our values, our vision, and our strategy, we want to be as clear as we can about who we are and how you can be part of it.
- Complete: Complete the membership form. Membership has both benefits and its responsibilities. We want to do life together in a way that honours God. By completing the membership form, you are affirming spiritual, relational, and ministry participation in our mission and purpose and affirming agreement with our values, our doctrine and priorities.
- Conversation: Have a conversation with a pastor. In addition to enabling our pastors to get to know you better, this gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you might have and seek clarification on any issues or concerns.
- Celebration: Public acknowledgment of new members. At a worship gathering we will formally and publicly acknowledge your journey and celebrate our shared commitment to Centrepoint Church.
By completing the form below you agree to be added to the church database as a member and will receive communications from the church. To manage your data and preferences please logon to your MyChurchSuite account.
